From the foundation level to advanced, hospital-based clinical pharmacy. Builds the clinical pharmacist's practice from the ground up to advanced ward level: workflow, documentation, labs, dosing, safety, prophylaxis and case workshops.

Sixteen sessions and workshops over roughly 2.5 months. Two teaching sessions are followed by a full case workshop, so you apply every concept before moving on.
